Part of the Tesco simply range is the Tesco simply roast chicken breast joint.
I can't seem to find anything to help me with synning this..here are the nutritional values..
I'd really like to know if it's free also if it could be used as a HE on a green day...Am I right in thinking that if a meat is free then as long as you stick to the weight stated for a HE then you can use it as one?

Thanks in advance :D
