Can anyone help?

Hi I joined ww on mon after being with sw and loosing 29lbs needed a boost and a change I brought a pedometer and yesterday I gained 16 points 5 just doing my daily routine and 11 doing a Zumba class I'm quite active so I will get activity points most days my leader said use them when I
Joined Monday but 16 surely that's to many extra to use ? Can some one help please x
 
I think you can still use them if you want to - but you don't have to! Personally I don't use my activity points but if you've earned as many as 16 why not treat yourself by using some of them on something nice and knowing that you haven't used the rest....?
 
Wow that must of been some working out to gain that much activity points well dont you, i only dip into mine if i dont want to use any weeklys but its pretty muvh the same thing.
