I'm going to try St Clements in my vanilla pack bit later - never thought of it really - luvly!
I have been told by my LLC that the water flavours do not affect your ketosis, as a re-starter I have been allowed water flavours from day 1 of re-start but when I began my initial foundation we had to do the first week on plain water ONLY to show that we could do it!
I think the savoury flavours have a little carb in them which is why they are limited to max 2 a day.
There is an alternative which is Marigold Bouillion which is exactly the same & someone used it all through their programme - though I find it rather salty.
