Can housework be classed as exercise?

Hi guys
Just wondering if housework can be classed as exercise.
The reason I ask is the main part of my hoover isnt sucking well at the moment so today I spent about 1 1/2 hours on my hands and knees using the small hoover attachment and hoovered 4 rooms.

I was sweating like mad and my heart rate was most definetly higher.

That defo counts as aerobic exercise!
Anything that increases your heart rate burns calories so the answer is yes

Lol your all right, iv got enough with mine and your not local, downstairs is ok as its laminate but found with sweeping it ends up in the air. Upstairs is carpet though and since my guinea pigs and hamsters like to kick bedding everywhere, every carpet upstairs had to be done as it gets all over

Yes a girl in our group got body magic gold, siler and bronze all because she runs her own business and cleans offices etc. all day every day!
