Hi everyone,

I'm back with my tail between my legs :(

I got to goal with SW two years ago, and gradually got back to old habits and have put it back on. I've since tried weight watchers and very recently tried Exante meal replacement shakes in a desperate attempt for a quick fix, anything to make me feel better about myself. None of it has worked!

So....I have reasoned with myself and decided there is no 'quick fix' and it's about changing habits for life and not being 'on a diet'....and I'm back. Back on the diet and back on the board if you'll have me! :)

I'll start my diary tomorrow, hope you've all had a fab weekend x

Hi and welcome.
My tip would be to have lots of free and superfree food in the house and to think about what you are going to eat when the feeling of being full passes. If you wait until you're really hungry you may make the wrong choices. It is surprising how much you need to eat to be able to loose weight.
