Ok so just wondering,if practically no carbs gets you into ketosis why is it that you can't just substitute atleast one of your shakes with a meal filled with protein like eggs and fish and chicken!!
I haven't slipped up yet but I'm kinda wondering if i did slip up...with some grilled chicken would it really be that bad!!
