    Earl Grey Tea?

:(No you can't have this as it has bergamot oil in it which is citrus.

You can have mint tea, black tea, green tea as long as there are no flavourings or additives in it.

I drank Earl Grey for the first two weeks and I was OK. The chemist said it was OK, although I do recall it does have bergamot oil in. Maybe the amount is just too tiny? Anyway, I switched to red bush tea, as I preferred that, now EG tastes too bitter. I'm struggling to get a taste for peppermint!
