I was wondering what your reasons are for wanting to start in cruise? Attack is a very necessary part of the diet, so even those who have less weight to lose would still do 1-2 days of attack.
The whole point of the dukan diet is that all 4 phases are followed - attack is a short sharp shock to the system to eliminate all carbs, water retention and cravings, which is then followed by cruise to actually lose weight. The dukan diet is also not a quick fix and shouldn't be entered into half-heartedly as it's a complete lifestyle change and process that needs to be followed if the weight is to stay off in the long-term.
