Can I use Creme Fraiche instead of Framaige Frais??

Title say it all really - I am making Pate & have bought reduced fat creme Fraiche instead of FF Framage Frais - does anybody know if I can use it instead or do i need to go to the shops??
 
Yes you can but you will need to count the syns as it is not syn free.

1.5 syns per level tbsp for RF creme fraiche although the WW one is only half a syn for the same amount if I remember rightly.
 
Oooh you know for future ref, I find that Quark works really well with syn free pate, and when refrigerated, sets to a more solid consistency too! :D
