I've got a recipe here for some low fat muffins that my bf wants me to cook buuuuuuuuuuuut its bloomin american!! gr!
So, it says 2 cups of plain flour.
Does anybody know what a 'cup' is equal to in dry measurement weight?
I know 1 cup = 8 fluid ounces but i need it for dry weight.
I hope somebody can help .... cant find it on the net
