Can someone advise on my food diary please (ee)

Breakfast: 3 egg omlette made with with peppers, mushrooms and spring onion, with lean grilled bacon, and baked beans

Lunch: chicken and mushroom mugshot, melon.

Dinner: chicken breast, new potatoes roasted in fry light, petits pois, carrots, brocolli, sweetcorn.

HEA- 250ml semi skimmed milk
HEB- 2 Alpen light bars

Syns- 3 level tsp sugar (for drinks) - 3 syns, tesco choc mousse, 6.5 syns

Snacks- strawberries, raspberries, grapes.

Drinks, coffee (milk from HEA, and synned sugar) water.

Does this sound ok?!

Thanks :) Am I right in thinking I can have diet drinks too? Pepsi, 7up etc?

I have splenda as I cannot stand the taste of canderel! Plus it means my husband can have a giggle when he shouts all gerald butler in 300 style "This is SPLENDA!!!!!" lol

The food diary looks good to me! The breakfast is almost identical to mine today lol.

I second the canderal tablets, really nice flavour no chemical oddness.
