Can someone Clarify please?

I found this recipe on the sticky and it says rice can be a HEX on red but i didnt think it could and i have checked my book and online but cant find it anywhere.
Anyone know if rice is a HEX or not??

Spray large pan with fry light or oil (whichever your using) add spring onions and stir fry for about 2 mins until soft, add the boiled chicken strips and stir over medium heat for about 3 mins or until chicken has browned.
Add ginger, chilli, lemon juice, corriander, mint, toms and salt and stir gently for a few mins!
Serve with Rice (HEB) or treat yourself to some poppadoms or naan as syns!

you can't have rice...not even brown, as a healthy extra on a red day.

i don't ever, never, ever, ever do red days, so god knows why i remember such information! lol
