Ibe been reading up on the 1000cl plan which im starting next week, im wondering if im understanding this right,
If i have a carb breakfast i can only have 50grams of fruit in eve??????. If i have 150gms of fruit in the morning, i can have 50grms of fruit in the eve, have i understood this right:confused:

i do the 1000 and this is what i do....

  1. cd brekkie then snack on 3 apples throughout the morning
  2. salad for lunch (leave my 2nd cd product for later)
  3. evening meal usually salad with cottage cheese or tuna/tuna steak with pasta
  4. apple (if i remember)
  5. cd bar

i use my milk up on my coffees throughout the day. i also drink around 3-4 pints a day but am now struggling with this cause there's so much more food and i like my coffee with milk. you can also start drinking diet drinks like diet coke again.
