I started CD at the start of the year at 12 stone 7lbs! I lost 32lbs in 8 weeks doing SS but have gained about 6lbs due to being silly on quite a few occassions! Tried Calorie Counting but it is so hard to stay on track when you cant see the results as clearly as you can on CD!

I now weigh 10 stone 7lbs and am planning on doing SS for 4 (maybe 5) weeks!

My question is does the 1 stone a month still apply when you are getting near a healthy weight or should I expect smaller losses than before?

Any help, advise or words of experience will be greatly appreciated!

Hi

If your BMI 27 or below the lowest programme you can do is 810 cals. This is three packs plus a meal from the chose white protein and green options.

The weightloss on this programme is excellent.

Sometimes you need to move up to a higher plan to lose again.

Thanks for that! My plan is to do SS until I get that magic bmi 25 then do 810 for the remaining time! Just want to lose as much weight as possible before July :) xxx
