Can someone look at my meal plan please?

I'm just starting out with Slimming World at home and am wondering if someone could look at this meal plan and let me know what you think?

I will be on green days mostly and milk will be a healthy extra every day (especially weekdays as I have milk in my coffee at work). My meal plan for my first week is as follows:

Monday
1 slice of wholemeal toast (h/e) + jam (1.5 syns)

homemade quiche + salad

egg, bacon & SW chips (bacon h/e)


Tuesday
weetabix (is that h/e or syn?) + milk (h/e)

pasta salad

baked potato with beans and cheese (h/e)


Wednesday
1 slice of wholemeal toast (h/e) + jam (1.5 syns)

salad with chicken (h/e)

mixed bean chilli


Thursday
1 slice of wholemeal toast (h/e) + jam (1.5 syns)

homemade quiche with salad

egg, sausage & SW chips (sausage h/e)


Friday
weetabix + milk (h/e)

pasta salad

chicken casserole (chicken h/e)


Saturday
weetabix with milk (h/e)

pasta 'n' sauce

rest of chicken casserole (h/e)


Sunday
1 slice wholemeal toast (h/e) with jam (1.5 syns)

salad

some sort of pasta and sauce


Does this look okay or have I got this completely wrong?? The rest of my syns will probably be used by low fat butter or the odd biscuit etc.

I'd just like to know if I'm grasping this okay or if I'm way off the mark!!
