can someone tell me a carbonara recipe with fat free fromage frais?

Hi all,

I made a lovely SW curry last night and have quite a bit f fromage frais left. I want to make a carbonara, can anyone help?

I just seem to see recipes to use with quark and i cant get to a shop to get it.

Ok ive found one on the actually sw website ( :d'oh: ), but it says for rashers of bacon to serve 4! can i use more bacon and it still be the same syns on ee?
