Can we drop the 'onlys' please?

This whole journey is a BIIGG learning curve and I find I'm learning new things about SW, food, exercise, weight loss and most importantly, MYSELF every single day!! One of the the things I've learnt is that 1lb IS a terrific weight loss!! I didn't used to think that when I first started, but 26 weeks (6 months) in, I'm learning that slow and steady really does win the race! So far in my journey I've seen STSs, gains, small losses and big losses and all that now matters to me is that I'm changing my habits for good and that I'll get to target eventually!XXXX
 
i have to say i am chuffed to bits with any loss the only time i use only is if its a gain i.e last week i only gained half (i was shocked it was not more lol)
 
I lost a lb this week to and that pic makes me feel great gonna save it to my pics so when i feel rubbish I can look at it
