can we have cinnamon?

I have no idea but I wouldn't have thought so as its not mentioned in the book.

I have just realized that although because I thought id like the stinky toffee bars that I either have to that or soup for breakfast on Monday DOH!!! What a dork I am! Looks like I'm having soup cause I cant keep the toffee bars down!

No Slim....:(....unfortunately no cinnamon allowed until RTM.

ALL we are allowed in foundation and development is Salt, Black Pepper, and Tabasco. That's it.

Some people here in the past toyed with adding additional spices and seasons to their shakes and soups. And maybe there was littel effect.

BUT - it kind of defeats in a way the nature of the program.

I would SERIOUSLY advise you NOT to start playing with anything until you are well into the program. Months. If you MUST. Otherwise, it will start messing with your mind. One day you might think - well, I just added a tiny bit of cinnamon, that was OK - maybe a drop of milk in my tea won't hurt....and so on and so on.

Its a slipper slope.....follow the program as it is intended for the greatest results.

Sorry - sad, but true. :)
