Im probable being really think but i just want to check.

so, the plan is 1200 cals or there abouts....

2 x shakes at 220 cals each
3 snacks of 100 cals each
and a meal of 600 cals

that totals 1340!!!!!!!

huh ????????????

please assist my in my thickness !!!!

The number of recommended calories will depend on your current weight, height, and activity level. The lowest calorie amount we ever recommend is 1200 calories. 171-200 lbs: 1700 calories

Thanks Ali, that's really useful. I've been going for about 1400, but probably I should up that a bit at my weight? Then bring it down as I (fingers crossed!) get lower.
