ok so far ive lost 2st 9lbs but alately ive been going back to how i was not eating hardly any free foods etc-but having all my syns(boo hoo) however luckily ive never put on weight but this week i only lost 0.5lb my sw consultant suggests i start eating more- so heres tomorows food diary-wot do you think?
Monday green day
Rice pudding- slimming world(HEA-milk)
I pear
Muller light yoghurt
Noodle(dry) salad-tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions
sweet corn (tuna HEB)
Jacket potato and mushy peas
Cauliflower ,carrots, turnip
Mint sauce
4 ryvita and cottage cheese and onion( HEB)
1 syn ½ Muller light layered
1 syn extra light Salad cream
i may have more syns lets see how tomorow goes lol

That seems fine to me, but assuming your doing green shouldnt you be having two HEA??

Hi Byron - I don't profess to be an expert but .........

-you'll only be having 1 Hex A? You ARE allowed 2 of these on a green day
- 4 Dark Rye, Original or Sesame ok for Hex B?
-dry noodles in a salad? Hhhmmm.... different, is it not very dry?
-mint sauce - is this a free one?
-1/2 mullerlight layer? - I couldn't just eat 1/2 of it! (or are you counting 1/2 syn for a full one - not too sure if that's right, is it?

Anyway, if you think that'll fill you up and keep you going it doesn't sound too bad at all - remember to drink plenty too - Best'o'luck'n'stuff
- dry noodles( buy that i mean bought dry n boiled) then put into a salad!
-i made sw rice pudding with milk( my healthy A) and put a muller light layered into it which is 2 syns>?right so half of that portion is 1 syn
- ryvitas are original (x4 is a HEB)
oh and one question i thought your recomended only to have one HEA on a green day like fern said, but 2 if you really need them?? can anyone clarify or correct me on this one

You can have 1 or 2 HEXA and 2 HEXB. that is what the food optimising book says xx
