ok so far ive lost 2st 9lbs but alately ive been going back to how i was not eating hardly any free foods etc-but having all my syns(boo hoo) however luckily ive never put on weight but this week i only lost 0.5lb my sw consultant suggests i start eating more- so heres tomorows food diary-wot do you think?

Rice pudding- slimming world(HEA-milk)

Muller light yoghurt
Noodle(dry) salad-tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions
sweet corn (tuna HEB)
Tea
Jacket potato and mushy peas
Cauliflower ,carrots, turnip
Mint sauce
Supper
4 ryvita and cottage cheese and onion( HEB)

1 syn ½ Muller light layered
1 syn extra light Salad cream
