Can you drink too much water?

When I asked my GP what was safe he said never drink more than 12 litres of water.

I always say to clients never anymore than 8 litres to be safe.

I recommend to girls they have 4 litres and 6 litres for boys.

Physically your body can cope with 15 litres of water but I've yet to find someone who can drink that every day!!

I used to drink 4-5 litres of water when on LL, now I drink between 2-3 per day.
