Hi all,
I was just wondering if you are allowed to have 2 porridge sachets a day if you are already having a bar as your 3rd meal? It's just that I checked the amount of carbs in the porridge and it has a higher car count than the shakes, like the bars are . I'd prefer to have 2 porridge and a bar if possible in this cold weather,(i'm not really a big soup lover!),but I don't want my carbs to be too high for ketosis!
