I have used syn calculator and done it twice
first i put quorn as a free food and it came out 5 1/2 syns for green
did it again without any free food and it came out as 10 1/2 syns on any of the plans that would be for both a 100g serving

Did you check syns online? It's best to look there first to see if it is listed before using the syn calculator.

    I found these

Quorn Garlic & Herb Fillets, Surprisingly Tempting, twin pack, frozen 100g each

[IMG] 3½ Syns on Extra Easy [IMG] Original 3½ Syns [IMG] Green 3½ Syns

Quorn Garlic & Mushroom Fillets, Surprisingly Tempting, twin pack, frozen 120g each
