Can you take paracetamol

Hiya peeps, just wondering can you take paracetamol and ibruphen (how ever u spell it lol) im coming down with a cold and my head and throats starting to hurt so will be needing some pain killers in the next few days.

I was told just paracetamol and without the caffeine additive. Any medication prescribed by a doctor is fine, though.

yes i had cold for last 2 weeks and have been taking paracetamol and it hasnt affected my weight loss feel better soon x

I had to take Nurofen+ for TOTM cramps last month & didn't seem to affect my loss any more than TOTM did. x
