Just wondering whether your 3rd of superfree can be the same food or whether it has to be different? Is it the type or the quantity that counts?

For example, I just ate 1 slice of bacon, 1 egg and almost a full tin of chopped tomatos. Will all the tomatos count as my 3rd or should I have had some mushrooms and something else with it?

Just wondering. Same with salads. I usually only have lettuce and onion, sometimes cucumber. I don't like celery or raw peppers or actual tomatos so would half a plate of salad still count when it's only 2 or 3 items?

Yeah it's fine, it's only really to limit the portion size of the other stuff.

Variety is obviously good for the nutrients in different things, but it's not essential to your Extra Easy plan.
