Cant Eat

    Hi Guys,
    Well my gallstones have decided to cause me some discomfort tonight not really sure y? normally happens if I eat fatty food and I am advised to do a low fat diet which I am doing!!
    So anyway I have made them stop with tablets.
    However I am just not hungry. I still have 2 packs to eat and I really cant stand the thought of them?!
    Tips wud be gr8??

    Oh Anna I wish I could help but I've never struggled to eat my packs :eek:

    Could you make a mousse? Have a cappuccino with a mousse maybe?

    With mix a mousse from your cdc - sorry, I was presuming you had some which is no good is it if you haven't :eek:

    You need baking paper (not greaseproof) or a teflon sheet and a microwave. If you've got those you can make them?

    Best point out though we are advised not to cook any packs when you are on sole source or 790.
