Cant get past day 3

    Tried this diet four times now, thought I was really focused this time round, however got to my third day and at 11pm I went downstairs and eat anything I could get my hands on and I am absolutely gutted. The sun is blazing out and I know Im gonna be gutted come summer still fat I just cant get past day 3 :(:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Don't panic like I do and take a breath, it's much as the sun is out it'll probably rain again next week and we've got lots of time before the sun is accompanied by heat! :)

    What are your downfalls? Try and take it one day at a time as opposed to maybe thinking of how long you'll be on it as that can seem endless...your goal date will come around regardless of what happens in the can do it and we're all here to support you!

    Have you got the support of your family? If you think of what might be holding you back then we can offer solutions and alternatives to move forward! :) It'll be ok xx

    Hi :) I've been on this diet for 7 weeks now. Last week I went out for my birthday, had a bite to eat and a couple of drinks. Now I'm picking :/ but I got a list of things I can eat from my pharmacist so this week I'm doing 2 shakes and a meal and then back on it next week (mainly to kick start my weight loss further next week AND because I didn't want to pick the wrong foods ) you can go on to 2 shakes one meal instead if you think that helps? My problem is I don't feel hungry for my shakes after the meal and think it wasn't the best idea. I'm not in ketosis even though I'm sticking to the right food and haven't picked for three days (four after today) but next week I'm going back on it. Good me I think it's will power. You need to be strong and when you think of food drink a bunch of water. I promise it gets easier the longer you are on it. Just try and think of what you would like to wear and do in summer that you don't feel comfortable doing now. Put it on a board where you will see it. Make signs on your fridge and even buy something like a dress you wouldn't normally wear and let it be your incentive to loose weight x

    Foxeey hun the third and fourth day is always hard but don't look at your barrier as "Day 3" if you ate that's fine because once you do it its done and out of your system just carry on tomorrow. This way you will be done with the curse of day 3 and you will be on day 4, you will still lose but not crazy number this week. You can carry on doing 100% and your second week will be great. We all did what you did and it's okay. Once the first week is over it gets easier.
