Can't stop eating.

    Hi all,

    I am struggling this week. I have ben over on my syns most days by 10 ~ 20

    I weigh in on Wednesday and silk be gutted if I have put on. I just can't seem to stop.

    Any advice?

    The best thing I'd say is try to eat only superfree today so that's damage limitation for tomorrow x

    Well you have today and tomorrow for damage limitation :). Why dont you draw a line under this week and start a fresh! Plan all your meals and snacks (including some yummy recipes) for next week so you know exactly what you are having. Sometimes eating on a regular basis, so that your body and mind know that you can have something to eat every couple of hours may stop the constant eating. Also try grabbing fruit first or even a drink to try to fill you up more maybe. Good luck x

    Thanks ladies. It is my star week and I am always ravenous but for some reason this time it has got the better of me.

    I have done four Zumba classes since Weds and may try and sneak in an extra one tonight.

    I always do this. I do really well (23lbs so far) and then as soon as I have something special (boudoir photoshoot) to aim for I fall off the wagon.

    Will try and keep my food intake today as superfree as possible. Roast pork recipe from the magazine for dinner and veggie soup for lunch I think.
