I only started SW on tuesday, and i have been so good, eating nothing but fruit, veg, salads - basically all syn free. im not drinking anymore than i usually would but i seem to be peeing twice as much! is this normal!? I asked my mum and she suggested that maybe im losing water at the moment and that the more i pee the more i lose which could be a good thing on weigh in! Is she right!? i asked my friend (we joined SW together) and she isnt having the peeing problem
