Wow! I've never made it into a size 10. I am a 12 just now so here's hoping.
 
Well after only 1 DD this week, no surprise at the almost 2lb gain. Scary how quick. But I did have Baileys last night. And crisps. And a Greggs pasty and sweet mince pie. That's a lot of pastry.
 
Yowza! Well done you. Did you stick to the c25k plan religiously or did you repeat weeks etc? I have completed week 4, day 2 today but am looking ahead to week 5 and am terrified of the leap from 8 mins to 20...eek!

Ooops, ignore that question. Just read back through your diary and see that you were having the same worries about week 5 day 3 of c25k but you did it first time. Hope I can be as strong as you!
 
Not sure going to be able to do a run tomorrow if lots of black ice. To top it off I'm struggling with down days at mo. Really needed to keep at it in run up to Xmas but what with nearly 3 weeks of sloppy poos and a week of a water infection I've hit a sticky patch and my cravings for toast has gone haywire. Had a week off plan last week and struggling to get back in zone. Had an Sts last week but feeling fat n frumpy for first time in a while.
Got 3 Friday nights out in a row planned and wanted to look and feel my best but weight is going to slip back on at this rate

Aha. ANOTHER period. Explains the toast craving *******. Finally got some antibiotics for water infection tho. Hooray. Drinking bicarb in water wasn't very pleasant.
 
No exercise since Wed. Alcohol on Thur and Fri. Didn't risk scales on Sat.

Today's workout and tomorrow's run are gonna kill!

How did it go? I was going to get back on c25k this week but I have a rubbish cold which is leaving me with very low energy levels and I can't breathe through my nose. Sticking with the cross trainer so far but getting back to c25k at the weekend even if it kills me. x
