Carbs, fat and protein.

Question to everyone out there who calorie counts to lose weight - do you keep an eye on the carb, fat and protein content in the foods you eat? Or just count the calories and make the healthiest choices possible and not worry about the rest?

- start weight 12.4 - goal weight 10.0
 
I just count calories, I pick low fat of everything like butter, yogurts, cheese etc and go for diet drinks, WW choc bars and desserts etc and it seems to work for me x
 
Okay thanks both :) I really can't be bothered to fuss around with carbs etc, too technical for me! I chose low fat and light versions of everything too :) x
