Carbs on Re-feed Week?

Hi guys.... im on day two of re-feed.... for day three tomorrow im allowed to have a potato... but my pharmacist recommended i dont have any carbs for re-feed week???? Whaddya reckon.... should i stay away from carbs for the full week? Thanks! Lorraine
