Iv decided against nandos tonight im going to stay in an chill cos im so tired!!
Diary today:
Strawberrys for breakfast

Lunch
Warbys wrap pizza 4pp

30g light mozerella 1pp

Tea:
Im going to have
Asda frozen good 4 u chicken tikka masala 10pp
Ww naan 3pp
3x asda mini onion bhajis 4pp

23/29 may have mini popodom with it too or save it for ww choc eclaires later on :)

Iv just had a lovely tea! Iv tried to attach it so hope it works!
It was asda hot spicy chicken breast 1pp
100g light potato salad 3pp
20g croutons 2pp
An some light thousand island sauce on top. It was yummy!!!!

Also today iv had:
30g frosties an milk 4pp
Banana

Lunch:ww chicken hotpot 6pp
Quavers 2pp
Curly wurly 3pp
Ww eclair 2pp

23/29 had half a piece of pizza b4 too so going to point it at 3 as large dominos is around 6.
26/29 may have another choc eclair later too!!!

Weigh in tomorrow!
Last weigh in as i hav cancelled membership need to lose 2.5 to b at my goal! Had an indian after WI last tuesday but iv been soo good all week!! Im praying to 2.5 but i havent done any exercise at all this week! :(

WI today: only lost a pound. Been soo good all week aswell an drank lots of water!! My leader made me a gold member too :) so i have a nice certificate on my fridge now.
Went to tgis to celebrate!! It was yummy.

Still going to point things but not be as strict with myself as i hav a busy next couple of weeks, its mine an my fiances 6yr anniversary friday so we are going to miller & carter, im going to frankie n bennies nxt weekend and then its bank holiday :)

I have been awful since tuesday!! Now im maintaining its sooo hard!!! I just give in to stuff really easy!!
On tues night i had a tgis jd chicken to start fajitas for main an a crunchie mcflury for pudding!
Wednesday i was good stuck within points had cereal ww meal for lunch n cereal an warby pizza for tea!
Tonight.......eeekkkk!!!!! Iv had nearly a whole large stuffed crust dominos pizza!!!!
(i went to the gym havent been in 3weeks an i lasted half an hour) i felt sick an dizzy then came home!!! I cant stay motivated im so mad at myself!!!

Tomorrow is mine an my fiances 6yr anniversary so we r going out to miller an carter for tea but im having jacket potato an 8oz rump steak!

Sorry for rambling!!! Ha
