Carmie's road to slimville!!!!!!! pls comment and advise!

    Day 1 for me, following the extra easy plan at home.

    Breakfast
    2 weetabix (HE) milk (HE) followed by an orange.

    Lunch
    Lean ham, chicken and egg salad, 1 TBSP el mayo (0.5syn)
    Followed by a Danone fat free yogurt.

    Dinner
    Gammon round (?syns), new potatoes (1 syn for clover light), peas, tomatoes.
    Follwed by an apple.

    Snacks
    28g shredded wheat bitesize (5.5 syns) 250ml ss milk (6syns?)

    Total syns
    12.

    Day 2.

    Not feeling too great today, have had a headache and sore throat so not over hungry.

    Breakfast
    Nothing! :eek: I usually have breakfast when I get back from the school run but I had an appointment at half 9, so didn't end up having anything.

    Lunch
    Chicken fried rice, (1.5 syn) with cucumber. (0.5 syn) for oyster sauce, waiting on syn value for the rice as it was microwavable and had oil in it)

    Dinner
    'Yupa noodles' basically chicken chow mein (0.5 syn for oyster sauce) with chicken fried rice (0.5 syn for oyster sauce)
    Followed by strawberries with Total 0% greek yogurt with an options mixed in (2 syns)

    Total syns
    5

    Will have to update total syns later.
    Oh I will also probably have a bowl of cereal later for me healthy extras, grrrr I hate being ill.

    EDIT: I felt so rough I couldn't stomach any more food so completely missed my healthy extras :eek:

    Feeling a bit better today, I think I have had a green day today, well I have had no meat.

    Breakfast
    2 weetabix (HEb) milk (HEa)
    Followed by a Danone fat free yogurt

    Lunch
    Jacket Tattie, spaghetti, dairylea light slice (2.5 syn) clover light (1syn) served with a side salad, EL mayo (0.5syn)

    Dinner
    SW chips, Egg, spaghetti, EL mayo (0.5syn)

    Snacks
    pink n whites x2 (5syn)
    2 weetabix (HEb) milk (HEa)

    Total syns
    9.5

    Have not drank any diet coke since yesterday morning, as a result I have had a headache all day, on the plus side my throat is not sore anymore lol.

    Breakfast
    2 Weetabix (HEb), milk (HEa) followed by a danone fat free yogurt and strawberries.

    Lunch
    Chips, egg and spaghetti, EL mayo (1syn) follwed by an apple.

    Dinner
    HM Lasagne made with packet cheese sauce (2.5syns) with mange tout and baby corn, EL mayo (0.5syn) clover light (1syn)

    Snacks
    Pink 'n' Whites x2 (5syns)

    Total syns

    Well, I have not been on for a few days as I have not eaten ANYTHING since Thursday evening.
    Had an awful headache/migrane, couldn't even keep fluids down, it was awful, had the docs out twice yesterday, so skipping to day 6 - today, although I doubt I will be able to stomach much.

    Breakfast
    1 weetabix and milk (really had to force that much down me!)

    Feel alot better now thanks, still haven't eaten anything else yet, going to attempt in half hour xx
