Nana-Capricorn's slimming journey - 40lbs to loose and a year to succeed.

I started SW on Monday with the intention of loosing about 40lbs in 12 months. This is because it's my 40th wedding anniversary, so thats a pound for every year I'll have been married. Hopefully I can achieve this but as I no longer have a thyroid, loosing weight isn't as easy as it should be.......but I'm going to give it all I've got.

I'm following the Extra Easy plan

Monday 1st October:
A = 250ml SS milk
B = 1 slice of wholemeal bread (lge loaf)

B = 1 shredded wheat biscuit, 1/2 Mueller light yoghurt, strawberries, banana.
L = 1 slice of wmeal bread, 1tsp marg, ham, toms, cucumber
D = Spaghetti Bolognese with onions, mushrooms and green peppers

Snacks: Apple, Orange and 1/4 Melon

SYNS: 1 ryvita, 1/2 jar pasta sauce, 1tsp marg, 1large Shredded Wheat

Tuesday 2nd October

A = 300ml 1% milk
B = 1 lge Shredded Wheat

B = Shredded Wheat, 1/2 Mullerlight yoghurt, banana
L = Lettuce, cucumber,spring onions,grapes,boiled egg - 1/4 melon and 0% greek yoghurt
D = Chicken, pots veg and gravy (powder)

SYNS: Slice of Walnut cake!!!!!!

Wednesday 3rd October
A = 300ml 1% milk
B = 1 lge Shredded Wheat

B = Shredded Wheat, Kiwi Fruit, grapes, 0% greek yoghurt
L = Lettuce, cucumber, toms, boiled egg, chicken, 1tbsp light salad cream - 1/4 Melon
T = Jkt potato, ham, toms, beetroot, 1x extra light cheese triangle, 2tsp marg, 1tbsp light salad cream

SYNS: 2 tbsps light salad cream, 1x extra light cheese triangle

I really hope I'm on the right track - please comment if you think I need to change things - thanks!
 
Well it's been not too bad so far, however today (Thursday and the 4th day) I've been really hungry, but after adding up my SYNS, it appears I am 12.5 syns down on the week so far - at least that gives me a little leeway over the weekend.

Wednesday 3rd October

A = 300ml 1% milk
B = 1x lge Shredded Wheat

B = Shredded Wheat, Kiwi Fruit, grapes and 0% greek yoghurt
L = Lettuce, cucumber,toms,boiled egg, chicken piece - Melon
T = Jkt Potato, ham, lettuce, cucumber, toms - Mueller FF Greek Yoghurt

SYNS
1 tbsp salad cream, 1x extra light cheese triangle

Thursday 4th October

A = 300ml 1% milk
B = 30g branflakes

B = Branflakes, kiwi fruit, grapes
L = 2 small slices w/meal bread, 1tsp light salad cream, toms, cucumber - Melon
T = Smoked Haddock, New Pots, Tin Toms - Apple

SYNS - 2 w/meal bread, 1tsp light salad cream
