Carrying Forward Syns

Apologies if this has been asked before and there is already an answer, but can you carry forward / save up your syns to use laster in the week?

You can indeed! For if you have a special meal or fancy a drink on a Friday night. As long as you don't carry them over to the next week.

But you should still try and use at least 5 a day so you do not feel too deprived that you risk going off plan
