    Hi all

Just had my 5th week WI and lost 7 1/2lbs and am so pleased because I was a bit fed up yesterday and felt like I was going to crack and give in, sooo glad I have willpower hehe - don't know where that has come from.

Anyway I posted last week saying I wanted to lose a stone before I go away to Barcelona on the 8th June and I've already lost 7 and (don't forget the half) 1/2lbs!! so I'm well on my way - 6 1/2lbs to go in three weeks --- sorted haha

Good luck to everyone this week with their WI'ns xx :):):):):grouphugg:

Thats amazing!! Your weekly losses are incredible?!?! I wonder why you didn't lose in wk 3? Your body must've went into temporary shock or something, then went "What the hell"!
    Have you any tips?

Hi IrishMum - I don't know why I didn't lose in wk3 either and I was so fed up and thought I would crack and give up but I pushed myself through it and I am so glad coz I'm feeling great now.
The only tips I can give are if you are feeling hungry and I still do now and then is to drink more water which does fill me up - oh and I mix my shakes with crushed ice - they are a lot nicer but then I am freezing so have to switch fire on haha :):)

Thanks so much - and you have lots soo much - well done for that
I kept weighing myself a couple of days before my WI and had only lost one or two lbs so I've stopped doing that now coz it made me fed up and just look forward to WI at the end of each week - so that seems to work x :):)

The water really does kill cravings! And I can only take the shakes cold with lots of crushed ice! But I do warm myself up with lots of hot black decaff tea!
I guess 2-3lb a week is my lot then! Ah well...:p
