Well todays WI went good. Lost 2lbs Really happy for that cos I was getting more and more nervous about the bread situation lol so guess I dont need to worry so much now which is good as it does really fill me up and stops me wanting to snack as much
On the downside Ive picked up a cough in the week that just wont go so am gona give cough medicine a go as cant afford to get sick this term. Hmmm wonder how much points in the bottle hehe
Week 2- day 1
Bfst: 2 slices wholemeal bread (3), nutella (2), tea + soya milk (0.5)
Lun: 4 sweets (1), mullerlight banana+ custard yum (1.5), 2 plums (0.5)
Din: WW pizza (5), peppers (0), ham (0.5), diet coke (0)
Tea: WW choc cake (1.5), tea
Snacks: grapes (?)
Total: 15.5/20 (not including the grapes)
Does anyone know what the points for grapes are? I had quite a few but I dont know how to point it properly as I dont have my book with me Thanks
