    I have decided to use 1200 calories

    Breakfast 2 boiled eggs=140 cals
    1 wholemeal toast (unbuttered) 110 cals

    Lunch 3 wholemeal crackerbread =60 cals
    with 1 laughing cow blue cheese =27 cals
    orange=35 cals

    Dinner asda chickpea dahl=400cals
    with basmati rice 265

    Hoping to have a small salad later

    4 cups of tea skimmed milk =40
    planning on having a few more chicken slices =72
    which totals 1183

    well ive been so busy adding my calories on myfitnesspal that i had forgotten to come on here. i lost 7lbs on my first weigh in so very pleased....it will slow down now and i hope to loose between 1and 2lbs a week
