Been lurking for a few weeks and thought i should say hello.
I started slimfast a few weeks ago but found it tricky with work and i've basically been calorie counting but having a breakfast shake on work days.
I'm on myfitnesspal which says for a 2lb lose a week i should have 1700cals a day and i'm suprised how much i can actually eat and its very liberating not having to convert everything points or syns.
