    I didn't realise it when I saw my CD but the plan has changed since I last did it. I will get a booklet from CDC next time (she didn't have any to hand) but my friend is asking me to explain it, the various steps. Would someone be kind enough to quickly jot it down for me in simple steps? Website isn't actually hugely helpful here.

    So, I know SS, obviously - 3 shakes and that's it....what do the other plans mean?

    On the website did you find this brochure as it explains everything. I could try and break it down but this brochure does it pretty well, and it is difficult to find on the website, so I think you may have missed it. Let me know if you still need a breakdown.
