well done on sticking to cd, you're sooooo right, the first couple of days are hell, I can vouch for that.

You've come through the worst. If you're not in ketosis yet then I would imagine that by tomorrow you will be then that's when the hunger goes...I'm sure the lovely spooks has told you all this though.
