CD Newbie...Maybe

S: 14st13lb C: 14st13lb G: 10st7lb BMI: 38.2 Loss: 0st0lb(0%)
Hi ladies (and gents)
I am seriously thinking of starting the CD diet and making that first important step to calling my local councillor...feel very determined after reading so many encouraging comments on here.
I was wondering if any one can tell me how much it costs per week as i would hate to waste a councillors time if it ends up being too much...I am on a tight budget due to caring for my daughter, but am thinking its around £35 per week...
Can anyone advise please...Thanks:)

Hi Jacqui,

It depends on your height, if you are under 5ft 7 tall, it is roughly £38 per week if you are on the Sole Source programme.
Most of us in this part of the Cambridge forum are actually moving up the plans and are going on to maintenance (eventually) so you could be better posting this in the main Cambridge bit aswell as you will probably get lots more replies from people who are doing the sole source plan currently and what they pay for the sole source plan as it currently stands, and also from those who are over 5ft 7 too.

I will answer any questions I can, but as someone who has moved on from Sole source, there is only so much I can answer now.

Hope that has helped a little, and wishing you all the best on your journey
