I have been thinking about the same *trick* as well - especially as I am missing sweet stuff on my attak phase.

I haven't used them yet but i'm sure i will do on a pp day as i'm struggling with meat on its own :)

you can have eggs/dairy/fish on pp days too

perhaps create a marinade for one of the above with some herbs or spices....

there are some recipes in the book x
