My CDC has gone to America for 4 weeks! It's Gunna be hard as the weigh in's keep me going . Doing a weekly weight in at home. YodY list 4 pound so just 2 more pound then at hit 3 stone! Now into week 8 x
I know how you feel.. i met my cdc last tues (21st june) and wont see her until thurs 14th july as shes on holidays!! Hell of a time to start but if i didnt start then i knew i never would, also doing a wi at home every weds
