Staying on plan!
ok, had my induction part 1 today and done 25 mins on the treadmill on crosscountry setting, and just 5 mins on the eliptical trainer to learn how to set it up and use it.
my next appt is friday for learning the rest of the equipment and do 1 whole set of my programme they set today.
so apparently i will be going 3 times per week for hour and half. as well as the classes they have recommended.
so my fitness started today!
