ok, had my induction part 1 today and done 25 mins on the treadmill on crosscountry setting, and just 5 mins on the eliptical trainer to learn how to set it up and use it.
my next appt is friday for learning the rest of the equipment and do 1 whole set of my programme they set today.
so apparently i will be going 3 times per week for hour and half. as well as the classes they have recommended.
so my fitness started today!

Enjoy the gym, you'll get such positive results from it. As far as classes, I try different ones to see which I like.

well my decision has been made for me for tonight.... have to work this afternoon, so will have to do the combat class as wont be home in time for the balance one! lol

just got in from combat, and lived to tell tale! lol
was hard graft, but i loved it!
got my 2nd part of my gym induction tomorrow afternoon!

bit stiff this morning, but shook it off quite quickly,,,
went to induction 2 this aftrnoon.. was good.. induction 3 on monday night...

loving it!
do gym 3 times per week, body combat class once a week, and LBT once a week......
looking for another class to do once a week.... but havent decided which one yet! lol
