Celebrity slim or similar 2 shake and 1 meal diet

    Helllllooo??? Is anybody out there on celebrity slim?! Feel like I'm the only one.

    But the whole shake for breakfast, shake for lunch and small healthy meal for dinner is not a diet unique to celeb slim! Anyone want to buddy up? I am starting today and committing the next 2 months to it.

    I've been on every diet going about 5 times each and the always works better when there are friends around to keep you accountable! Would love to make some new diet friends!

    Hi there! I've started celeb slim yesterday. I usually do lipotrim but there were no pharmacies open today so I opted for celeb slim. How are you finding it? I'm okay, once I have the willpower I usually can do it! The shakes are a lot nicer than lipotrim which is nice! Have you done this kind of diet before? Rian xx

    I've done celebrity slim before and I've done vlcd's like Cambridge and lighter life. I prefer celeb slim because I like having real food. Makes it more manageable! How much do you have to loose? What are your goals? X

    We'll I lost 3stone back in z2008 for my wedding and had kept it off (with a week detox here and there!) for 4 years. It's crept back on the last year.. Totally gutted but I'll get back to my goal.. So around 3 stone, you?x

    Hi there, I did this last year, lost a crazy 7lb in my first week. In total I had done this for 8 weeks and i had lost 1st3lb. I used this alongside taking Acai Berry tablets and Raspberry Ketone tablets which I felt helped with my weight loss. I work in an office so lunch on the go was my best option so I definitely found this diet the best! Their fruit and nut bars are delicious. My only advice is to stick to their minimum two litres of water a day, I felt that it really helped with any hunger pangs I could've had.

    I'm just doing it for the next 2 months, so 2 stone, but I have a more long term goal of nearly 5 stone. Lost 3 and half already so will make total loss about 8 stone lol so its long haul, plodding along type thing...!

    I am struggling a bit if I am honest! I have obviously been stuffing my face so much that the change of food intake is a bit of a shock to the system! lol I am on day four now and still very hungry most of time! How are you doing?

    I am getting along nicely thank you! stopped being hungry on day five, will be a week tmrw and Ive lost 7lbs already! Just got to keep going! how are you doing?

    I am on day 5 today, worried about how ill cope over the weekend as that always use to spell a takeaway!
    7lbs is amazing. That's such a motivation to continue

    I was exactly the same. Even when I was coming home yesterday I was thinking about takeaway. But no. None for the foreseeable future. Which is really difficult to accept but totally necessary. I had an omlet last night with mushrooms and tomatoes and it was nice I guess... lol all be worth it in the end!

    I survived the weekend! 1st weigh in and I have lost 6.5lbs. Can't believe it!
    No takeaway paid off! Now just to keep going....
    I think I might try an omlet this week, nice change to chicken and veg!

    Ooh well done! I had an omlet this week. Lovely. Had it with mushrooms and plum tomatoes. I managed to really mix things up and not bored of my evening meals yet. Had steak, beef stir fry, mexican chicken, Mediterranean turkey, roast this sunday. Think its quite easy to mix things up if you really challenge yourself too!

    I'm on day 11 and having my first chicken salad tonight lol I really am loving the fact that I have probably eaten every type of veg going!

    Hello ladies I'm starting again tomorrow, want to lose about a stone, I will be following it for at least 3 weeks so hopefully I can get near my goal.
    Last time I did this I lost 6lb in the first week and 12lb in 3 weeks, so I know it works!Well done you guys are doing fab xx

    Hello. I'm on day 14, second weigh in tomorrow. Hopped on the scales midweek and it said I'd put on a lb... Gutted. Not looking forward to weigh in!! Been so good as well!

    ohhh that is odd?? hopefully it is just a blip.

    I'm doing okay, I'm on day 17 and things have started to slow down. I normally calorie count and I lose 2lbs a week on that so I think if it dips below that on this diet I'll stop. I don't see the point of eating so little when I can eat more and lose the same! but we will see!

    I had 24 days worth and I wanted to at least do that but my mum just gave me loads of left overs shakes and soups she hadnt used from before, and it seems wasteful to not use them. Trying to save the pennies for my holiday in march so might as well carry on with it!

    Well. Weighed this morning and lost 1lb. Bit disappointed, but have to think that's 7.5 in two weeks which under any normal diet would be good.
    What have your losses slowed down to?
    I am planning on trying to stick to it till February but if I only loose 1lb next week I won't be. Lost more on weight watchers, and could eat more as you said.
    Where you going on holiday?
