Finally found some at Asda which is a 30 minute round trip for me. Bought two so didn't have to go back too often. Is there any way that i can freeze it and if so, do I need to part cook it first?

i would think you would need to blanche it before freezing.

but they do keep for ages in the fridge if wrapped too.

i was thinking of growing some next year.

I leave mine in the fridge for ages - and if the outside then goes a little, how shall we say, manky, the inside is still fine

I leave mine in the larder as I find it goes soggy in the fridge...
